These reviews have got to be fake because this book is nothing but a collection of shallow magazine articles with a bunch of undefined jargon. You could not possibly get anything out of it as a beginner because of the excessive jargon, which means it is not a "101" book. But then each article is extremely shallow, so if you do know the jargon and you are not a beginner then you are getting nothing but the vaguest overview. The articles have about the depth of a factoid in a teen style magazine. There is absolutely no structure to the book or connection between the different articles. The only possible benefit you could get out of it is if you tracked down the sources in the footnotes and read those.Product details

a good primer... lacks some depth though
Good book for general security topics. Definitely allows for further research by digging into each topic presented. Also good cyber security glossary.
Book arrived on time, in excellent condition!
highlighted a number of issues relating to cyber security. it assumes reader has an overall knoledge of technology, which may or not be the case. this is a hard topic to explain and overall the book was useful.
Written for the absolute beginner. Annoying computer voice that can't pronounce words/phrases correctly. Waste of an Audible credit.
Seems more like a "look what I know" manuscript, than a book of any value. If you want a list of areas of concern and to know that there are ways of handling them, but don't need any of the details for how, then this will be perfect for you.
